Vietnam Heritage Center’s Tết 2017 – Năm Đinh Dậu – INDIEGOGO

Vietnam Heritage Center (VHC) will once again be proud to bring Tết, the traditional Vietnamese New Year celebration, to our community!  Tết, also called "the First Day of Spring," is the time to celebrate many delightful traditions that are near and dear to everyone’s heart. VHC Hosts Second Successful Moon Festival Event

Outdoor games, story telling, and parade celebrated Vietnamese traditions For the second year, the Vietnam Heritage Center (VHC) successfully brought a Vietnamese-style Moon Festival to New York City. About 300 people visited Thomas Paine Park/Foley Squareon Saturday afternoon, October 10 to play traditional games, learn how to make lanterns and animal balloons, attend a folklore performance, and sample moon cakes. 2nd ANNUAL VIETNAMESE MOON FESTIVAL IN NEW YORK CITY

Manhattan, NY — The Vietnam Heritage Center (VHC) will host a Vietnamese Moon Festival in New York City on Saturday, October 10th, 2015.  VHC proudly celebrates the second annual Vietnamese traditional Moon Festival with several cultural activities, including Vietnamese traditional games, food, lantern making, balloon animals, and interactive storytelling.
